Returns, Replacements & Exchanges (new products only)

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you are able to request a return or replacement. As soon as you receive your order, be sure to check your products. To request a return/replacement, please contact us on email or phone. The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

Items that have been sold as new, must be returned in their original packaging. New boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product.  

For any returned items, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer. Some delivery charges incurred by cbusparts.com exceed the $12.95 shipping fee. If the customer order exceeds the $12.95 shipping fee, the customer will pay for the entire shipping amount. Once a product has been received and approved in its original packaging and condition, a refund will be completed. 

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges (used products)

Used products purchased through this site can only be returned if they are deemed to be faulty upon receipt. That is, there is no warranty for used products including manufacturer’s warranty. All used products sold through this site are tested to ensure they are in working order and any cosmetic flaws disclosed. Typically, the price of the product reflects the age and condition. We endeavor to include the date of manufacture of used products and any other information such as a serial number that would influence a decision to purchase.

Delivery

Once the order is processed, products will be shipped within 2-4 business days after the order has been placed, given the products are in stock. Please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days transit time (depending on the geographical location). For a more accurate delivery time frame, please call our office.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders below $500.00 incur a flat standard national shipping charge.   Optional Express shipping can be selected at he checkout if desired.

Orders above $500.00 include free standard shipping Australia Wide.

All orders will be marked as Authority to Leave unless we have been notified otherwise in the order comments.
